Terms of Service.

1. Booking and Payment

  • Sessions must be paid in full before the session date to secure your spot.

  • Payment is via invoice or direct payment link (add specifics if needed, e.g., Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer).

  • Packages (if any) must be used within a specified time frame (e.g., 3 months for 6 sessions).

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited (at your discretion).

  • I understand life happens—please get in touch if there’s an emergency.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available once sessions have begun.

  • If you purchase a bundle and decide not to continue, a partial refund may be possible for unused sessions (at my discretion).

4. Session Use and Responsibility

  • These sessions are for creative business support, not legal or financial advice.

  • I’ll always offer support, insight, and guidance based on experience, but decisions and outcomes remain your responsibility.

5. Confidentiality

  • Everything shared in our sessions is confidential. Your ideas and plans are safe with me.

  • I may ask for permission to share anonymised feedback or outcomes for marketing or case studies.
